Maintenance
starter battery , DC alternator to follow up DW -acids add on starter battery , cleaning of Starter battery , tighten of terminals , clearing of DC alternator .

Radiator maintenance from inside until it show qualified coolant color & outside by blower to be checked and observed in WFM

genset body clean up from dirt , dust , grease , oil ...etc.

Low oil pressure alarm , High temperature alarms tested On site

control panel , ATS panels cleaned by Blower , their brand recorded to be add in QA report , faulty control to share by email in spot action

Fuel Line
1. For Hybrid gensets where Ascot/E-Power is installed:

a. Verify if the Fuel lines are and Tanks are still connected or available at site.
WFM-BO
b. This will be removed by the plumbing team as part of the clean-up.
WFM-BO
2. For CPS sites and Normal Gensets
WFM-BO
a. Check if the clear hose is secured with Cage and with the Padlock.
WFM-BO
b. Check if the Tank is closed with the padlock.
WFM-BO
c. Check that the Fuel tank is not rusted.
WFM-BO
d. Check that the Fuel Line Piping are good, or if required replacement.
WFM-BO
e. Check that the Fuel Hose lines are good or recommend to replace with the Galvanize pipes.
WFM-BO
f. Check if there are extra Fuel Lines (used before by the second genset) that needs to be removed as the site is working with single genset now.
