You shall lead collection and follow Up with all WFM controllers snags rectifications in SDH , HUB VIP sites , and Other all sites
Below status considered as previous rectifications tell W18 , every Day each supervisor shall clear % of his sites , and WFM controller shall escalate from Non performance FS
, data Updated from RAN - TX team according to recent traffic add

Kindly


  1.  add pure , clean comments for each sites
  2.  close the snags by W number
  3.   be sure site No longer in Manual , if so what is the reason
  4.  FS who never close 2-3 sites a day , every day shall has escalation to management team
  5.  Red colors mean still issue existing , blank or N/A mean information's required
  6.  Sites , with NO radiator cap ( shall submit all of them in One email - since spares not available at Digicel ) will try purchase cap
  7.  New swapped genset , shall consider issue OK
  8.  Sites where EGR team closing Top overhauling shall consider repair Done
  9.  Please create FS group email

Performance of WFM controller depend on Completion of snags
